Our Technicians and partner subcontractors are fully licensed and experienced in the repair and air conditioning service of all Air Conditioning Systems for all brands, makes and models.

Residential Air Conditioning Rates
Wall Split System and Ducted System Repairs
$155 Call out Fee inc GST | $144 Per Hour inc GST (Minimum 30 Mins) plus materials and parking fees if applicable.
Minimum Charge Wall Split Repairs 1/2hr is $227 inc GST
Minimum Charge for Ducted System Repairs 1 hr is $299 inc GST
We charge 1/2 hour intervals after minimum call out @ $72 per half hour inc GST
Parts and consumables not included in call out fee

In most cases a technician will be able to diagnose in first half hour.
If parts are required and a return visit is required we would not charge a call out fee on return visit .
Commercial Air Conditioning Rates
Commercial AC Repairs and HVAC Services
$360 inc GST includes first hour then $180 inc GST Onwards per hour

General Service and Maintenance of Residential Air Conditioning Systems
Maintenance of Wall Split System | Ceiling Cassette Air Conditioners $227 inc GST
Maintenance of Ducted Air Conditioners $349 inc GST – Sydney only
Maintenance of Multi Head Air Conditioners up to 5 heads $299 inc GST Sydney only
General cost would be two hours at around $100 per hour or more.
All Air conditioning system should be serviced once a year for ducted and split as a minimum and for commercials we suggest quarterly or half-yearly.
AC coils needs to be cleaned once a year.
Yes It is mainly for commercial.
If they are installed properly they will never needed to be added.
It can be due to short of gas, blocked filters, faulty electrical components etc.
If they are blowing particles, dirty marks in the outlet, uneven air flow your ac ducts might need cleaning.
Replacing an AC Unit starts from 680 to 5000 or more depending upon your situation.
