A. Estimated Pick-Up Time
The estimated time for order collection is between 1 to 10 working days. This estimate excludes weekends, public holidays, and the period between 21st December and 3rd January. Delays may occur depending on stock availability and warehouse operations.

B. Pick-Up Locations
Customers may collect their orders from our primary warehouse located in Mount Kuring-Gai, NSW 2083, or from other designated warehouse locations as advised by the company.
Please note: Pick-up addresses may vary depending on the product purchased and the customer’s location.

C. Stock Availability
It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm stock availability at the preferred collection location prior to placing an order.

D. Warehouse Distribution
Not all products are stored at every warehouse. Inventory levels and product range vary by location.

E. No Inter-Warehouse Transfers
The company does not transfer stock between warehouses under any circumstances. Orders must be collected from the warehouse where the item is available.

F. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for collection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.

Please note that not all products are available in every warehouse. If you let us know the brand you’re interested in, we can check availability for pick up at a warehouse near you.

When your item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking number. You can track and trace the item with the Consignment number you will be given.

After adding your desired product or products into the cart you can enter your postcode in the ‘Postcode’ field, press Update Postcode and it will automatically calculate the delivery charge for you.

If the delivery charge comes up $0.00 please email us or call us 1300 367 152 and let us know which unit you are interested in and your delivery details. We will promptly get back with an exact delivery price.

You can be assured that no personal details will be required for delivery fees to be calculated.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need ID and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made.

Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receiving goods. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house. Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside. Where there is nobody to receive the goods a re-delivery fee will be charged.

All systems sold by Airconditioning-Online.com.au have a 5 or 7 years manufacturers warranty depending on the purchased brand.

Important Information to Maintain Your Warranty!

• Keep a copy of your invoice
• Ensure your air conditioning installer is qualified and holds a current refrigeration handling license.
• Ensure operation is as per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Ensure the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is kept clear of obstructions.
• Replace exhausted batteries in remote control.
• If your system fails, contact the manufacturer without delay.

Airconditioning-Online.com.au can help guide you if a warranty issue arises. Firstly the client needs to contact the manufacturer. The number for each manufacturer will be on the warranty form which came with the system purchased. When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice).
