Guaranteed Operating Range

With the harsh Australian environment, it is comforting to know that your air conditioner will continue to operate with a guaranteed operating range of -5°C to
se 52°C*. This means your air conditioner will continue to operate when you need it most.
*The capacity will be reduced when operating the unit at the extreme operating temperature.

High Energy Efficiency

Featuring an inverter that utilises cutting edge technologies, PUMY-P250/300YBMD-A units achieve high energy efficiency ratio (EER) of 4.10 (P250 & P300) and coefficient of performance (COP) of 5.20 (P250)/5.10 (P300).

Adjustable Fan External Static Pressure*

The fan external static pressure can be adjusted up to 30 Pa to allow installation on balconies or spaces near louvres. This gives more flexibility in installation location where it may not be possible before.
*Noise level will increase when using this function.

Quiet Mode

PUMY-P250/300YBMD-A units have three quiet mode settings which can reduce the noise level down by
10 dBA*. This allows the unit to operate at night in a noise sensitive residential application.
*Measured in anechoic chamber.
*Capacity will be reduced depending on the quiet mode setting selected. *PAC-SC36NA-E is required to activate low noise mode.

High Energy Efficiency

New PUMY-P250/300YBM units feature an advanced inverter that utilises cutting edge technologies to achieve a high energy efficiency of EER 4.10 (P250/300) and COP 5.20 (P250) / 5.10 (P300).

External Static Pressure of 30 Pa

The installation location is flexible thanks to its 30Pa static pressure. An external static pressure of 30Pa allows the outdoor unit to be installed on balconies in high-rise buildings or spaces near louvres. *Refer to the installation manual for more details.

Extended operating range in cooling up to 52°C

The outdoor unit can now continue operating and deliver cooling at ambient temperature of up to 52°C without any interruptions allowing installation in areas where discharge air may be prone to stagnation.

Extended Pipe Runs

The twin fan PUMY-P Series has an extended maximum pipe run of 300 m for convenience of unit location, compared to PUMY-SP Series.

Maximum piping lengths for PUMY-P200YKMD is 150 m. For PUMY-P250/300YBM maximum piping lengths without the BC box is 310 m and when using the BC boxes is 240 m

Outdoor Unit Fan Design

The diameter of the opening for the fan in the outdoor unit has been enlarged from 490 mm to 550 mm.

Up to 9/10/12/30 indoor units can be connected and operated simultaneously, with a selection of different types of indoor units. You can design an air conditioning system to suit many individual applications.

Inverter Control

An Inverter driven system that is operating at partial load has energy efficiency significantly higher than that of a standard fixed-speed compressor.
